1979

Founding of Hauffe & Müller GmbH* by Wolf-Detlef Hauffe and Herbert Müller.

1993

Establishment of Brauer W.D.H. Fluid-Technik GmbH for the industrial production and trade of mechanical components.

2013

Acquisition of ADI Treatments (Holding) Ltd. in West Bromwich with a company share of approximately 90%.

2017

Division of competencies to the newly founded Brauer Fertigungstechnik GmbH for the purpose of industrial metal processing, particularly through turning, milling, and drilling.

2022

Acquisition of Bischoff Werke GmbH in Lüdinghausen.

2023

Acquisition of TEUTOGUSS GmbH in Hörstel.

* Hauffe & Müller GmbH currently manages the administrative activities for the operational companies and represents the Hauffe Group externally.
